Every year I write a fishing diary to remind me of tactics and flies that have been effective. However this year thought I would get up to date and keep a blog throughout the year of my fishing trips, thoughts, activities and opinions. Share some knowledge in the hope it may get reciprocated!
A busy job and home life doesn't see me out much more that a couple of times a week but I am looking forward to an Anglian Water Season Ticket allowing me to fish mainly Pitsford and Ravensthorpe but also a few trips across to Rutland and Grafham.

- I am a season ticket holder with Anglian Water and member of the Nene Valley Ecology Group and if you don't find me fishing on the banks and boats of Pitsford and Ravensthorpe then I will be wandering around the nature reserves close by. A busy job at Barclays and an active family reduces the time i have to myself but I also enjoy Football, Rugby, Golf and Hill walking. Maybe not as energetic as I was so Sky Sports is quite handy!
